Mr. Zonarich is the firm's Managing Partner and has over 30 years experience representing the legal needs of individuals, businesses and municipalities. He serves as General Counsel to business organizations, associations and municipalities. Mr. Zonarich is a seasoned trial attorney, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has successfully litigated a wide range of business and personal injury actions. He has represented clients on a nationwide basis, appearing in numerous jurisdictions and supervising a variety of out-of-state co-counsel. In addition, Mr. Zonarich has advised individuals and businesses in connection with the development, purchase and sale of real estate and has represented generations of families in the areas of estate planning and administration.

Practice Areas
Ms. Sossong's principal areas of practice and expertise are in small business creation, financing and growth as well real estate and municipal law. In these areas she has counseled and represented a variety of small business owners in: acquisition of new business ventures; sale of existing enterprises; obtaining public and private funding for growth, including venture financing; and in the development of business development and growth plans. Ms. Sossong is a licensed title insurance agent and has provided assistance to a wide variety of real estate projects, including residential developments, commercial office buildings, manufacturing plants, apartment complexes, and subdivision and land development plans for developers and landowners. In addition, Ms. Sossong is also Solicitor to several local municipalities, zoning hearing boards and code hearing boards.
Prior to joining the firm in 1988, Ms. Sossong had extensive experience in the economic development arena, having worked for the Pennsylvania Dept. of Commerce and the City of Harrisburg.

Kathy Speaker MacNett focuses her practice on management-side labor relations, employment law and related legislative and regulatory developments. Her practice combines preventive approaches to labor relations matters and representation of employers before federal and state administrative agencies and courts. Ms. MacNett utilizes her practical knowledge of the legislative, executive and judicial branches of state government and law to gain cost effective results for her clients. Specifically, Ms. MacNett represents public and private sector employers in a wide range of labor and employment law matters including workers' and unemployment compensation proceedings, prevailing wage disputes, discrimination complaints, handbook preparation, unfair labor practices, union organizational defenses, collective bargaining negotiations, strikes, injunction and contempt proceedings and related legislative and regulatory issues.
Prior to joining Skarlatos & Zonarich, Ms. MacNett was a shareholder with the Harrisburg office of Buchanan Ingersoll, P.C. and associated with the law firm of Baskin, Flaherty, Elliott & Beren. She also served as the Research Director to the Labor Relations Committee, Pennsylvania House of Representatives, clerk to the late Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice, Honorable Roy Wilkinson, and Assistant Counsel to the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board. Kathy also serves as Legislative Counsel to the Pennsylvania Propane Gas Association and the Pennsylvania Society of Athletic Trainers, Inc.

Practice Areas
Greg Chelap concentrates his practice on the representation of businesses and business owners. He has extensive experience in advising business owners and their families on matters relating to financial, tax and management strategies for building and conserving wealth. Mr. Chelap regularly represents business owners in planning, structuring and negotiating acquisitions and sales, start-ups, private placement financings, joint ventures, and many other business transactions. Mr. Chelap works closely with business owners and their families to plan and implement business exit planning and succession planning strategies. He regularly facilitates business advisory boards and prepares restrictive employment, shareholder and limited liability company agreements to accomplish the most efficient transfer of ownership, management and control of the business. To accomplish his clients? estate plans, Mr. Chelap prepares all forms of estate planning documents including wills, family limited partnerships, powers of attorney, grantor trusts, marital trusts, multi-generational trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts and charitable trusts.
Prior to joining Skarlatos & Zonarich, Mr. Chelap held several financial advisory positions including: Chief Financial Officer of a waste disposal and recycling company; Corporate Finance Consultant for a business development and government relations company; and, Trust Officer for a national bank.
