HARRISBURG, PA--July 1, 2009 is the magic date for enforcement of Pennsylvania's New Home Consumer Protection Act. After that date, any contractor covered by the law will have to have a registration number from the Attorney General's Office and will need to use a new contract compliant with the new law.
