Skarlatos & Zonarich attorneys speak at PA Propane Gas Association convention
HARRISBURG, PA-Kathy Speaker MacNett and Gregory S. Chelap, partners in the Harrisburg law firm of Skarlatos & Zonarich LLP, were guest speakers at the annual meeting of the Pennsylvania Propane Gas Association June 25-27 at Seven Springs Mountain Resort in Champion.
MacNett, legislative counsel to the association, conducted an interactive discussion entitled "Labor and Employment Made Easier." The discussion covered wage and hour laws, employment discrimination, the training of supervisors, and how human-resource capabilities can be applied.
Chelap, also president of Venture Exit Partners, LLC, a Harrisburg-based firm that provides business exit planning services, spoke on "Exit Planning 101: Plant the Seeds Early for a Rewarding Exit from Your Business."
